The buyers are eligible to return the product under some conditions.
- Dead on arrival (DOD)
On arrival check that your product is working or not, if it doesn’t then you are eligible to return the goods without charging anything. Our team makes sure that you get the replacement, pending inspection and even approval.
- If the wrong item is delivered
We do not deny the fact that it would be completely our fault if the wrong item is delivered from our side. If the product is not same as listed on the email that we send to you immediately after the completion of your order, then you are eligible to return the product.
Beforehand you go for the return of a product, make sure that you read all the information given below.
✓ You must keep the original receipt at the time of return.
✓ Make sure that you haven’t used the product and it should be returned in original unaltered box. Along with this, the packing material, manuals, accessories and warranty cards are also there.
✓ In case you are facing missing items or they are damaged, the product should be done within 2 business days after receiving the item.
When you are NOT eligible?
Every order of our client is important for us and thus, delivering the quality products becomes our prime concern.
✓ When you order your product under ‘PRE-ORDER’ or ‘SPECIAL ORDER’, then you are not liable to cancel the order at our end.
✓ If the cutting of package is done through manufacturer’s packaging.
✓ When the item is damaged or used before returning or replacing.
✓ The condition when original packaging materials are lost.
Let’s come to replacement policy
We are with you to replace the item if you have received defective or wrong item. However, the defective items are liable to be repaired, refunded or exchanged based on the condition.
After receiving your replacement request, we do the exchange of product within 3-5 business days to complete all the process.
Once your refund is approved, our team refunds the payable refund via original mode of payment. In this process, we hardly require 5-7 business days to get your credit appear in the account. Most of the time the payment is made in the same method the original purchase is made. Note down that we only do refund of the original amount. Any kind of shipping and handling fees are not at all refundable.
