#Ordering:

We give easy order method as once you shortlisted the product which you want to buy from our wide range of products; you simply need to click on the button of Add To Cart. Then, just go on the top right corner to see your mini shopping cart where you can see the product which you have added. Now, you can proceed to the option of the full cart where all the product which you have added will show. If you want can add more or simply remove some products. Then, just click on the checkout button for payment. Make sure to create your account on our website first.


#Viewing Order:

You are able to check the status of your order in thae profile or account section. Just log into your accounts and click on My Orders. In that section, you can see the history of orders if you ever shop with us before. Otherwise, our recent product will be attached in the list once you confirm your order.


#Update Account information:

On the top right corner, you will see the option of 'Login'. Simply log in and use the menu on the left- hand side to choose the relevant section to update.


#Shipping and Handling:

We at this side will handle for shipment of the orders to you but, shipping registries are estimates only as it will not be guaranteed. We do not take any liability for delays in the days of shipments. Any loss and damages give on to you upon the products delivered to you. We do not arrange any kind of reverse shipment due to the unavailability of our logistics co-workers.


#Changes and Cancellation:

If we made changes in quantity, item additions or any updates regarding the product we will modify it in the order details. The product which you have ordered can only be cancelled before shipment.


#Returns:

You can return your order anytime within the time frame of 14 days from the date of delivery. The order would only be accepted for return when it would be complete and used. As well as, the product should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. You will get the refund in the 5-7 business days if the cancellation is free of charge and, we will not refund the amount until our team will recheck the product.


#Payment:

We give a safe and secure transaction facility to our customers. The payment mode on our website is very flexible as either you can pay before the shipment or at the time of placing the order via credit card, debit card, net banking and mobile payment apps or choose cash on delivery payment mode. Our customer is also liable for EMI facility. On some of the order, we have delivery charges while some items are available at free delivery. The delivery charges may vary from location to location.
